Cancellation and Refund policy
Refunds of Registration/accomodation: By December-31-2010 50% refund of fees paid; whereas after would be no refund
Refunds of accommodation: By January 31, 2010 50% refund of fees paid
Notification should be in writing to Congress Secretariat – All refunds will be dealt with after the Congress
