Dear Colleagues,
It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 6th Asia Pacific Congress in Maternal Fetal Medicine to be held in Shanghai in 2010. Over the last decade, there have been much exciting development and breakthrough in Fetal Medicine, in particular on early screening of fetal chromosomal abnormalities, early diagnosis of fetal structural abnormalities, non-invasive prenatal diagnostic methods, fetal therapies as well as the elucidation of genetic and molecular basis of many obstetric complications. The objectives of this meeting are to establish a forum and communications between colleagues and experts in Fetal Medicine, both regionally and internationally, to facilitate the dissemination of new knowledge and technologies, and ultimately to benefit the unborn babies and the general public in the region.
For this sixth meeting, we will again invite a panel of international experts to share their knowledge and expertise in the in many aspects of importance in Maternal Fetal Medicine. Every effort will be made to maximise the chance for the participants to meet and communicate with the experts.
To maximize the value of this meeting, we have been very carefully in choosing only good speakers, speakers who are not only world-class researchers but are also able to give good lectures.
Participants are also encouraged to submit abstract to this meeting, to share their clinical experience and research findings with other colleagues. The Scientific Committee will choose from all submitted abstracts, and invite the best 10 for oral presentation. A prize will be given to the participant who gives the best presentation.
We are sure this will be a unique opportunity and experience for all those who are interested in Maternal Fetal Medicine. We sincerely invite all of you to join this congress and take part in this important event in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
