Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the E.C.A and the Organizing Committee, I warmly invite you to the conference in Porto, which we hope will be as successful as previous E.C.A. conferences. It will be the second time that we meet in the Iberian Peninsula, but this time on the Portuguese side.
For this conference we have for the first time established a Scientific Programme Committee, which is independent of the Organizing Committee, and which will put together an attractive programme with outstanding speakers. As always, it is our intention that this meeting should provide the participants with an opportunity for not only contributing their knowledge and experience, but also for interacting with each other. To facilitate this, the Local Organizing Committee is preparing an attractive social programme in this wonderful city.
